VP of Operations

As one of the senior roles in our organization reporting directly to the CEO, we are looking for an experienced leader that will be tasked with managing multiple departments, its corresponding staff, and running special projects within the company. This experienced leader should have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, knowledge of the financial industry, and office management understanding to also include the ability to assist HR to measure employee output while striving to meet the company’s strategic goals. This leader should also represent our Core Values (Customer Success, Trust, Loyalty, Employee Success) and inspire greatness on a daily basis.

The day-to-day responsibilities:
- Overseeing Client Administrative Teams at the Atlanta Office Location
  - Leading Front Office, New Business, and Client Relations team
  - Cross-train with NB & CR Managers, thoroughly understanding operational functions across departments
   - Innovate processes and procedures where necessary to better serve our clients and improve employee efficiency
   - Occasionally handle client escalation issues and ensure inbound client documents are processed in a timely manner 
- Cultivating a positive, collaborative team environment representing our Core Values
- Budgeting for special projects, including monitoring and controlling costs
- Evaluate, refine, and help implement company policies and procedures for hiring and onboarding new employees
- Guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of team members
- Creating and implementing a strategic plan when necessary to accomplish new goals or objectives
- Basic Knowledge of IT applications and computers to speed trouble shooting and coordinate with IT support partners 
- Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting, taking initiative to problem solve 
- Identifying, training, and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for promotion
- Provide regular performance and status updates to the CEO 
- Supporting the Acquisitions Team with new Client and Employee onboarding
- Validating vendor invoices for services provided and paying on-time

VP of Operations Skills and Qualifications

A successful VP of Operations should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration. As a senior leadership role, a VP of Operations should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager. Good public speaking and communication skills along with a professional appearance and demeanor are critical for the position. - 5+ years Experience Managing People
- 5+ years Experience in Operational roles handling various business and office tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Detail Oriented & Multi-tasker
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Leadership skills that guide and inspire others
- Operational understanding of various Business & Office Functions 
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience

- Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals

Relationship Manager
